Went in with a lot of questions for Cameron and he was super nice about answering them all. Since I'm from the U.S., I didn't know much about the regulations around liquid production in Canada, something I was always very careful about in the U.S. Cameron broke it all down for me and made me feel very comfortable buying liquid from this store. He gave me some recommendations on new mods, liquids, and coils (which I desperately needed since my mod is breaking down at this point). I appreciate the time Cameron took to answer all my questions so that I felt I knew enough to make informed decisions about my vape and liquids I use. As someone who only went to a small local store in the U.S., this store definitely gave me the same personal and attentive service that I loved from my store in the U.S. This is my new go-to spot for anything vape related for sure!

Very comfortable store layout overall as in its not overwhelming with disorganized products. They have amazing selections of all kinds! The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.

I have been going to this location for my vape needs since they opened and I receive exceptional service every time. The team is fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. Cameron and Taylor specifically are phenomenal, and I don't imagine I'll be doing business elsewhere for a long time. Great selection, great prices, and great service!
