Dropped by as a new Jeweler looking at what is out there. The owner (sorry dont know his name) was incredible. To start he sold me a jewelers handbook that is used at the schools. Next he answered any questions I had and was happy to recommend exactly what I need.

Wonderful experience shopping at Dows Supply Co today. The owner is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and recommend the best tools. I am only just starting in jewellery making and I couldn't be happier I have found this place. This is definitely going to be my go to shop now.

There are very few old school artisans left in this world. The gentleman who runs this store is most able and knowledgeable. The single star reviews left here are as unfair as their reasons. The cost of repairs and supplies are more than fair considering the skill set of the owner.
