(January 22, 2021, 7:08 pm)Outstanding service by this branch! I was so stressed from an issue that seemed impossible to solve. The banker could have easily gone by their policy and just say "No, we can't do anything about it", but he took that extra step, made an effort and actually listened to my need. He found ways to solve the problem in a very short time, leaving me happy and satisfied. I would strongly recommend Alterna with their friendly staff.
