Great spot on short notice.
Big clean rooms. Great location in the south end of the city.
Good prices, breakfast is continental and hits the spot.
The kind woman at the front desk is a definite plus.

I really liked my stay. It was relaxing with working A/C. Very clean with relaxing music playing in the lobby and hallways.

We had complementary breakfast each morning in the dining hall. I would definitely like to stay there again.

Super clean, comfortable, quiet. Great breakfast, great coffee. What more do you want? Of yeah, great price! Has moved to the top of my list of places to stay when I visit Ottawa.

There was an issue with how I booked the room and the gentlemen were very quick to help figure it out. I checked in at 11pm and felt safe and comfortable. The room was big, and had lots of space. We enjoy the TV being easier then most hotels to navigate. We encountered a noisy neighbour which they were able to quickly ask to settle for the night and were very accommodating for all our needs. Price was fair considering we booked last minute before a long weekend. Covid protocols inplace.. coffee at the entrance is so yummy and so was breakfast. All 4 staff we spoke with were great.. I believe the older gentleman..jay? Younger man with top knot. Woman in the morning and a house keeps. All Wonderful!!

5 stars! Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. They even had gluten-free bread at breakfast for my special diet needs. Beds were comfy. A very enjoyable 2 days! Thank you!
