Budget Car Rental

Friendly enough single staff member at this location. Overall service however has gone way downhill since they merged with Avis. I rented a Toyota Camry (or similar) both times within two weeks, and got a small SUV both times (Hyundai Tucson, and a terrible Buick Encore).

Thank you Joshua, you are truly a Pro. I've been renting pick up trucks and small cars here for two years now and they always go above and beyond. Service is phenomenon and the cars are top notch! I'll be back again next year!

Amazing customer service. Very professional and polite. Very nice Vehicles as well.

Budget was able to come through with a van for me to move on short notice, when I had made a reservation with another company that fell through on me. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. My receipt says I was helped by Joshua, and he was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine with the van I rented. I will definitely use budget again as a first choice and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Rented a 20ft moving truck. Great customer service. Manager was easy to talk with. Staff were very helpful. Next time I need a moving truck I'm going back to this location. Thanks again OT.
