Canton Restaurant

Amazing food and service from Canton Restaurant. We were table of 11 and food came out very efficiently. Superb authentic Chinese taste and reasonably priced :) definitely come back and try other dishes.

We found out that this restaurant was just opened a couple days ago. There used to be a different Chinese restaurant with a different name at this address. Maybe the owner changed, that's why they changed the name. We got a dish (takeout) from here. The portion is the same as any other Chinese restaurants. The food was pretty good and it was ready pretty fast. We'll go back there for another takeout and we'll try different dishes.

I had pretty high expectations given that the owners used run the Golden Lion in barrhaven before they downsized here, and they were 100% met.

Came in for a late lunch (party of 3) and we got the Dinner for Two A combo plus the sizzling shrimp scallops and squid plate (~$60). Not only was the food fresh and delicious, the portion size was really generous and we ended up taking home leftovers since we ate so well. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future

My dad knew the owners of the previous restaurant of this spot, and heard there was a new restaurant with new ownership so we decided to try it out. We found out today was their grand opening when we were paying our bill. Food was so delicious and really generous portions. Service was friendly and quick. My family really enjoyed our meal tonight. The staff was so sweet to my daughter and gave her a handful of mandarins and candy before we left.

Even though we're on the other side of the city, I'm sure we'll be back again because the food and service is that good. Sadly I didn't get any pictures this time.
