Received next day service visit for my dishwasher. Service technician was very friendly and professional. He successfully diagnosed the problem during the first visit and completed the repair after the part came in. I’m very pleased with the service overall.

Everything was fine - but not great. Our appliance part was ordered and it was fixed properly.

I personally feel that the service fee is far too high at $100 + $20 for every 10 mins at your home. That amounts to $200 for a 30 min service call. In my case, I was referred here from an appliance manufacturer so I had no other option. Of course these technicians do have a skill that should be fairly compensated, but I don’t see how this is proportional. The technician also started to spend time peeling away the protective film and setting the clock on my appliance (which I said I will do myself since that would cost me an additional $20).

The technician I dealt with did not introduce himself by name or say hello to me on arrival. He just said he was from appliance care.

All in all, the job was done correctly but I wouldn’t hire them if I didn’t have too because of cost and medium service.
