An elderly lady in my condo building was having AC issues for sometime, meaning not working at all. I noticed a Carmichael employee servicing the system in our building in Orleans today and asked him a couple of questions. Although busy he said he would come up and have a look at the issue. As it turns out, he not only looked, but was able to diagnose, grab the replacement part and return to repair the AC unit instead of making her wait. Please pass along a great debt of gratitude to Brandon Starr for his desire to help someone in need. He was also one of the most engaging and pleasant service specialist I have come across in a long time. Far too often, people focus on the job at hand - which in this case was strictly servicing the condos system - but he took the time out of his schedule and saw an opportunity to assist someone, without giving it a second thought. Just wanted you to know that in a cynical world, technicians like Brandon are making your company a 5 star business. Great experience and service expertise. We'll done!!
