(November 23, 2021, 4:53 pm)The only way to reach them (my family doctor) is by phone, but that is not easy... When I finally got through, after several tries, and after waiting several minutes on the line, I reached a very pleasant and helpful woman who made me an appointment with the nurse practitioner. She said it was easier to get through by calling in the evenings. That's what I'll do next time.
