Exceptional customer service even beyond expectations (provides me with the domes free of charge by mail even after 24 months of purchase) and bilingual.
And Mr. Ghaith, an audiologist, uses the latest technology for examinations. He speaks impeccable French.
Half the price compared to those in Quebec. I recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service from sales to after purchase care. Unlike some of the other hearing aid centres, they offer you a wide choice of hearing aids rather than trying to prescibe one specific costly unit. They provided a wealth of info to assist me in making my choice. I have had to contact them twice for after-care for my units (wax build up related not due to problems of the units themselves) and both times the service has been prompt, friendly, and very effective in returning my units to service. Other companies should use their customer care as a role model.
Update: One of my hearing aids abruptly went dead. Dropped it by the hearing aid centre and Isabelle promptly reset the unit to return it to service. She also fully cleaned the unit and my charger, all while I was doing my in-stoire shopping. Incredible service as always at the Hearing Aid Centre.

The prices are incredibly cheaper than in Quebec. The service is impeccable. For those who don't speak English, rest assured they speak French.
