Diamond Dental has a great reception, great staff and a great dentist! Very clean, gentle and professional practice! My comfort level was through the roof as the staff are so so friendly and kind. Helping me slowly get over my Dentophobia! Overall amazing experience for me and my daughter! 10/10

This place screams SERVICE! Our daughter was 7 hours away from us and needed urgent dental care on a weekend. She needed her wisdom teeth out & had been in Ottawa for only a month. They accommodated and relieved her anxieties around the two extractions right away. Abe was so helpful with not just her but went the extra mile communicating with us back and forth with what they were recommending. The service was so prompt and personal! We were stressed about her getting back home after the extractions & Abe made sure she was in an Uber safe & messaged us throughout. Her surgery went so smooth & so was her recovery. The level of personalized care we received was absolutely phenomenal & we highly recommend them!

It's hard to say how flawless it is and the staff especially reception. I actually feel like a person who is cared for and welcomed with my flaws. (I missed one appointment)

Great service and friendly staff. Opened recently nearby, and decided to try them since I hadn't seen a dentist in years. They opened early on a Saturday to accommodate my family. Great people, and my wife and I can't stop telling our neighbours how great of a service we had.

I had a dental emergency they were open on Saturday, when I arrived I discovered the waiting was full of emergency patients. I decide to leave as my turn would have been hours later. I received a call at 5 pm. The dentist did not want me to suffer, she made arrangements to treat me on Sunday.

I was most impressed with the professionalism of Dr Agour , in addition the office was absolutely spotless with state of the art equipment.
