Mat was excellent. As a first-time home buyer, I was new to the process and had no idea where to start/what to expect. Mat walked me through each step and did most of the work on his end. He was very quick to respond and answered all my questions very clearly. He was also able to guide me for things that weren't mortgage related, and referred me an excellent lawyer.
