I recently purchased a truck from Donnelly Ford, and my experience with Grant and Jeff was outstanding. Grant took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of my new truck and even assisted me in signing up for Ford Pass. Grant’s knowledge and helpful approach made the entire process enjoyable. I’d also like to thank Jeff who patiently showed me several vehicles and allowed me to test drive them to determine which one suited me best. This is a two part rating…. I tried several times to contact the Service Department using the phone number on their website including leaving a message. Figuring they must be extremely busy, I eventually drove into the Dealership in order to talk to someone. Turns out there weren’t any customers and three service department personnel just standing there. The initial person was friendly enough and put the work order through, but he was more focused on his upcoming vacation. A few days later after not hearing anything, I tried unsuccessfully calling again for an update. Eventually I got a ride back to the dealership where I found out that they don’t monitor their service department phone number (despite it being on their website). Rating the experience thus far would be a 2/5.
At this point I met with Kareem, who was excellent. He gave me a working phone number, provided an update on my work order, and promptly responded to my call. I would rate Kareem and the quality of the technicians work a 5 out of 5.
Donnelly Ford: fix your Service Department contact info on your website. Anyone who does not have a service department person’s individual contact information won’t be able to leverage your services.
After a bad car buying experience, dealing with Grant at Donnelly Ford was a huge improvement. He was responsive, honest and found me a vehicle that I love. I’m super happy with the entire experience.
I recently Bought a new 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline off of Donnelly Ford. The vehicle has an excellent fit and finish, I love the Carbonized grew in this trim package, and I am very satisfied with the Power of the motor. I had researched this vehicle against competitors (Hyundai Palisade, Nissan Pathfinder, Honda Pilot) etc, and for the options vs Price and Factory Incentives the competition could not compete! The team at Donnelly (Jen, Eli, Marc) were subject matter expects in there product, very accommodating and made the whole experience enjoyable and painless. They worked hard to get me top dollar for my trade! As well as honored ford factory incentives and an X-Plan (which is dealer optional and other Ford dealers in the area were not willing to do because of the Union Strike impacting explorer production). I had shopped around with other local Ford Dealers in the Area that pretended to want to make a deal, but only disappointed, Donnelly was not only the best price when it came to the new vehicle, but had no hidden fee's, did not pressure into an up-sale of any products/services and overall went above and beyond throughout this process! I would strongly recommend and refer Donnelly Ford to my friends and family, and suggest if you are in the market for a new or used quality Ford vehicle that you stop and see the Team at Donnelly Ford! There is a reason they are a multi-time "Presidents Award of Merit" Recipient Dealer! 5+ Stars Dealer!
