It’s a beautiful place to live. The management is very professional, friendly and helpful. The community is very good for families with kids. I am very happy by staying here.

The townhomes are spacious, large rooms, great appliances, the bathrooms, 2 1/2, are very nice, so is the kitchen. In Orleans, the cost of this townhouse I visited cost 1,600.$ per month, 2 bedroom and study. Compared to the less expensive of 1,100 to 1,200 are the not even close to this 1,600 of luxury and comfort. Close to stores. Great neighborhood.

Well managed. Have lived here 10 years plus. Cap Reit is miles ahead of the previous owner with responsive customer service. Office and maintenance people are friendly, professional and do their best to keep us all happy.
