Great experience with Hunt Club Volkswagen's service department. They are very accommodating, and their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Brought my convertible beetle in to have the soft top fixed, the service team was super informative and always transparent with me. I had some questions when I went to pick up my car and I was able to talk to a technician directly. I bought my car used from somewhere else and it had quite a few issues, I loved the service I got for my soft top and how stress free the experience was, and I'm going back to Hunt Club VW this week to have the other concerns addressed. Big thanks to Sean, the service manager, who has a great team and who has personally gone above and beyond in customer care!

Great bunch of folks there. Went to see Brogan to check out a '21 Golf. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and spent a lot of time going over all my options. I never felt pressured or such. At the end, I decided not to purchase the vehicle, because of other considerations (Golf wasn't a very practical vehicle for my use case). But definitely recommend Brogan and the team here for a pleasant and honest car buying experience.
