Two nights ago, my wife and I came back home from the hospital with our newborn baby, and we realized our AC was no longer working. The house was heating up quickly and we were getting worried, especially knowing that a heatwave was coming. We reached out to Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling Inc. yesterday, because they had installed our AC 5 years ago. Jad made himself available late at night on the weekend and came to our house within 24h. We were so impressed by his dedication and flexibility! He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Our AC is now back up and running.

Very professional and very hardworking team. People get panicking while there is an issue with their heating equipment during winter time and google search for companies to realize which one is better. We recommend to call this company. If you are looking for a reliable, professional and excellent customer service, Ideal Heating and Cooling is that service provider. I was really impressed with Jad's professionalism and work ethics. We hired him to fix a faulty furnace gas valve. Before ordering a new valve, he did his best to fix the existing valve. It is very hard to find a repair person who are looking to save their customer money for replacement parts. After fixing the valve, later on the same day he made a follow-up call to ensure our furnace was working properly. For a courteous, prompt and reliable service Jad is the right person for the job.
