I woke up on a -25 day with no heat, phoned JD without an appointment and they were still here within a couple of hours. James took the time to explain the issue, how I could troubleshoot it and what to watch out for. He went way above and beyond my expectation, and the price was reasonable! Completely recommend without reservation!

Judy and James both provided prompt and efficient service. First Judy was able to find my email (which had been put in a spam folder) and get me set up for the needed repair work to my dryer vent. James was very prompt and not only repaired my dryer vent, but secured it to the wall. He also explained the essentials for maintaining the vent on an ongoing basis. We have used J.D.
