Ian Casey is hands down the most compassionate, caring, sincere professional I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He goes way beyond expectations, visits schools to make adjustments to wheelchairs when inexperienced individuals try to make changes to my daughter's wheelchair. He follows his clients thoroughly and always thinks outside of the box. Customizing seating is an art, it's a touch and feel job, don't leave it to a computer to mass produce seating. Your child needs the human touch..that's Mobility Labs
