Never found Halal BBQ place in Ottawa before!!!

First time Halal Beef ribs tried here, I can see myself be there every month; it’s expensive and it’s worth it $34 with two sides.

Beef Pulled burger, again halal!!! And I asked for put more fat on the burger so they did; I was heavenly!!!! Burger costs $15.

The customer service is excellent!!!! Amazing atmosphere!!!!

If you are looking for halal food; this is the best place to be, you won’t be disappointed.

The food was good but the overall experience could have been better (seats were depressed and uncomfortable, tables were not clean, no customer service [you get your own drinks and pick up your own trays of food, you have to find the right timing to call a staffperson since no one goes around to check in on you - all this is not a deal breaker for me but would have been nice to have some sort of service]).

We got the platter for two set which was about $60 and while the food was good I'm not sure it was worth the amount we paid.

We have ordered from Moe’s several times and are never disappointed. Pretty sure our burnt end poutine with jalapeños that we had last night is what dreams are made of! We have tried all of the meats but in love with the burnt ends. Then of course we always need to add our favourite sides of theirs no matter what we get: beans and cornbread! There are not a lot of true BBQ places in the area and are so glad we found this one. Don’t even get me started on the incredible smell and perfectly planned decor inside of the restaurant!

We had such an amazing dinner last night! Ordered the brisket poutine and we ate the whole thing in one sitting. It had such good depth of flavour. Then a half rack of ribs and the sampler platter with mac n cheese and beans. The sampler platter was delicious and the chicken was moist and full of flavour. Always a good experience with Moes.
