Our snowblower's augers wouldn't move anymore. My husband called MSR and spoke with Hendrik who told him to try a couple of things first - maybe a repair wasn't needed. The suggestions were great; my husband was able to get the snowblower going again on his own.
We were super impressed that Hendrik would give a little free advice, even if it cost MSR a potential service call. While we did not end up having repairs done by MSR this time, we will most definitely give any of our future business to them.

My 1 month old Craftsman snowblower pull cord is off. I called Craftsman support and they gave me a few numbers. None of them really want to deal with my problem except Hendrik from MSRmobile. He checked with me the model and promised me to come to my home to replace. It was a nice experience that I get Hendrik to look at my broken snowblower. Highly recommend MSRmobile.

My snowblower chute mechanism broke today. Called Henry and he came the same day. Fixed the issue in under an hour. Great convenience, service and cost. It would have cost me almost as much just to have the local small engine repair place come and pick it up and would have had to wait until next week - plus whatever they would have charged me to fix it. Highly recommend MSR
