Ogilvie Gardens Apartments

I've lived here for over a Year now and the staff at the office are very good and understanding. If I have an issue, they fix it right away. Maintenance staff are always friendly and working hard to keep the building clean. Well done.

I've lived here for three years and have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. Any time I have a problem they are quick to fix it. The new ladies in the office,( Heather and Marcie )are always pleasant to deal with. The superintendents are always helpful.

Just moved in recently. I say it is a mixed review the rooms beautiful, but there are major, if not minor mistakes.

PRO:
All utilities is awesome
Staff is nice and helpful.
Neighborhood seems peaceful.
Best place to be, close to the malls, parks, restaurants and stores.
My rooms looks fancy to move in.

CON:
Dumpsters moving is loud, I thought it was an earthquake
Few bugs and loud footsteps in the building hallways
Ethernet wire should of placed better.
Dead bugs on my window sills
Maintenance management should be more clear.
Bathroom could use some more storages.
Rooms could use some fixes and cleaning before I moved in.

Overall, It's an okay decent apartment.
