(April 24, 2021, 7:47 pm)I've been renting through them for going on three years now. I'm super happy. Whenever I had issues, they were super responsive and got it resolved. Paying rent is done online and painless. If I were to move again I'd gladly get another place through them.
(January 25, 2021, 6:13 pm)I am the owner of a small condo in Ottawa, and in spring 2020, Covid hit, I lost my job, and my tenants too. I had two mortgages to pay, with no income.
The Ottawa VIP Property Management stepped up to the plate, and helped me financially until my tenant, and I received assistance.
I am forever grateful for their help, as they did not have to do this for us.

(October 23, 2020, 2:15 pm)We have tried a few property managements company in the past as we had may issues with them in the past, But since we found Ottawa VIP Property Management, they have been managing my properties since 2014, we never ever experienced any issues with our tenants and with Ottawa VIP. They are extremely meticulous with their tenant selection, periodic inspections and work. The only regret, is not having found them sooner. I would highly recommend them
