This Chef is very engaging and Professional, Food was amazing, no skimping on ingredients also , he cooks live in front of you and takes you through every step, Provides all the plates and utensils, had a very easy comfortable experience, he came out to my cottage took the time to set up where he was asked , even brought a gazebo for rain, went through his motions, cooked for us , served , broke down and cleaned up like he was never there, you wont be disappointed with this service and the food.
I couldn't implore you more to call this guy , he will make you happy

I requested Paella Party for a corporate lunch event and it was amazing. The presentation was beautiful, Joey was perfectly organized and right on time, he brought everything he needed and stayed to serve as well. The food itself was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend Paella Party and we will definitely be inviting them back in the summer for the full paella cooking experience.
