As a new customer I have been really impressed with the selection of fabrics, and especially with the very high standard of customer service; I purchased a new sewing machine from them, and have been using their online ordering service and curb side pickup to purchase fabric and notions - the speed with which orders are filled was great, as it meant no stopping in the middle of projects whilst I waited two days for things to arrive. Their prices are very competitive, often 25% lower than huge online companies, and their friendly, knowledgeable attitude has guaranteed that even a beginner like me feels welcome and able to ask questions and get advice. Thank you for reigniting my love of sewing!
