Jon and his partner were great in guiding us in converting our propane system to natural gas. Was done quickly and professionally. They did a great job. Would highly recommend their service.

Had the two co-owners of tier1 over to replace my water heater. Very satisfied with their work. Had a good chat, they answered all my questions. They able to quote and install on the same day. Just got lucky but still.

My furnace went late fall and Jon was very quick to respond, provide options and install a brand new furnace. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market. Very knowledgeable, professional and did not leave a mess after. I also had them come back and install a new AC unit the following spring. Haven’t had an issue since.

Had Tier 1 install my air conditioner and fix my furnace they were on time professional and only sold me what I needed very much recommend this company.

Had Tier1 install a Goodman ac at the house. Installed in a professional manner on time and on budget. Ac worked great all summer. Would highly recommend.
