Xradar - Guaranteed Concrete Scanning & Coring Ottawa

I had Xradar on my previous job site many times. Their technicians are very knowledgable and consistently delivered with accurate, excellent service. If you need concrete scanning they are as good as it gets.

Very professional, punctual and patient. Xradar's scanning gave us exactly what we needed with high accuracy while many other competitors told us what we needed was not possible. Final report was sent right away and was very detailed and professional.

I was doing a kitchen reno where I needed to cut a trench in cement slab to get power to a future island. I was a little skeptical at first thinking I did not need the scan but decided to be safe and contact XRADAR.

XRADAR was able to tell me exactly where my water, power and drains were set. They also included slab and conduit depths, and confirmed I had rebar mesh (and not bars). I was surprised (and relieved) when I saw my initial cut would have severed a water pipe. XRADAR saved me time, money, materials, mess and a lot of aggravation.

Jesse , the local contact, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. With the project having indecisive time lines, both Jesse and the XRADAR corporate office communicated well. With many scheduling dependencies, they adjusted scan days as needed and worked with me to perform the floor scan at the proper time. The scan was performed efficiently and the follow up report (including pictures) was very informative and helpful.

I must say Jesse was also very patient when he found a power line which was difficult to pinpoint. Jesse allowed me time to hook up a power outlet and plug in a toaster, so he could zero in on the cabling path.

XRADAR made me feel my business was important to them. If you are cutting into concrete, I highly recommend using their service.
