Sylvie is an incredible personal support worker. My mother lives in a retirement home and loves seeing Sylvie three times a week. She is professional, warm, personable, and reliable.

My mother had a wonderful experience with a caregiver named Luc. He treated my Mom with kindness and respect and communicated any concerns he had for my Mom's comfort and wellbeing. During his visits he kept my Mom physically active and mentally stimulated but also respected that sometimes she needed more rest. My Mom takes a long time to bond with caregivers but she really enjoyed the time she spent with him. He facilitated Zoom calls and helped us stay in communication across many, many miles.
