Friendly and knowledgeable staff, answered all my inquisitive questions on calls and in store professionally. Assessed my current battery and found a replacement to suit my needs! Would not hesitate to go back for a OEM replacement or niche-motorsport battery.

I had to replace batteries for the emergency light in two units.
Checked online, then called Totally  Battery . They picked up the phone before the third ring signal, for less than a minute  confirmed that they have this batteries in stock , and their price was better than I got online.
Shop is very clean and organized.
People are helpful , knowledgeable and professional.
Next time for batteries i will call first Total Battery Stittsvile

Needed to replace the rechargeable battery in my old Water Pik WP450 water flosser. I was able to open it following online instructions, and I was equipped for the simple soldering needed to connect a new battery. But I needed the special battery (2 AA NIMH packaged together, with solder tabs).

I've bought many batteries from Total so I gave them a try. Spencer said no problem, if I could wait a week for him to bring in high capacity AA cells. The custom battery pack that he made cost me about a fifth as much as a new Water Pik would have, and the new battery lasts longer on a charge than the original battery did when it was new. THANKS.
