This is a great affordable place to live. I have been here for over 10 years and the units have improved tremendously. Upgrades and been done and I have never had a mouse issue or any other unwelcome guest!! The co-op manager Gen is amazing at what she does. If your looking for a quiet well maintained co op, this is a great one. Everyone has a responsibility for keeping the unit maintained so if you don't tell them there is an issue it will not get fixed. I have made my unit as my own and my family and I are very comfortable here!

This is a fantastic place to live, amazing location and very close to schools, buses, and shops. The walking paths are right outside the door, it's awesome. I have yet to see any mice and haven't heard of anyone else having any issues. As another person pointed out, we back onto a large park so we aren't immune to the odd critter, just like anywhere else in the city.

Let me reassure anyone reading this that there is NOT alot of mice in the units. I have lived here for 16 years and am now in my 3rd unit due to downsizing. I have never ever had a mouse let alone mice and neither have my neighbour's. The odd unit has but it isn't an ongoing issue ... we live near a large park so there are all kinds of critters around .
This is a beautiful area, the units are a very nice size and we have a private snow removal company so our road is kept clearer than the city streets. 😁
