impossible to reach the door of the building because the space between the fence and the fence does not allow the passage of 1 wheelchair, (in May 2014)
my commentb dates from the opening of the condo. @andrea brown, you cannot live in this condo for 3 years for 2 reasons: 1) you are not in the list of owners or tenants, 2) I know the 4 people who returned first in May 2014 so less from 3 years of your opinion

(February 4, 2016, 3:38 pm)I've lived in a Claridge Condo for 3 years now. Always had a great experience withe the staff. The units are quiet and well maintained too.
