“Mano & Alonzo (Zeitoun HVAC) were very personable and focused on installing effective cold air return ducts at our home. Prior to their arrival, temperatures between the 1st and 2nd floors varied by 10C in the sweltering summer weather despite having central A/C. Mano provided a very good design plan to create new ducts on the 2nd floor and to modify existing ductwork elsewhere. After they completed the work, it resulted in a very comfortable physical environment where temperatures were held constant on each floor. Demolition and subsequent repair of walls and ceilings was held to a minimum. It was a valuable yet economical investment in home comfort! Kudos to Zeitoun.”

With it being such a big job, we started looking at contractors and were delighted to meet Jalal. He was exceedingly patient and kind. He came by for many visits to discuss our thoughts and design ideas (even though the project was still a year away). He offered numerous references including some where he had done work years prior and all of the sites we saw were in excellent shape and beautifully done. We put our deposit in and eagerly awaited the Spring thaw when we could touch base to confirm start date. Jalal was, again, very kind and ready to go very close to the start date we had hoped for. He even made time to tack on redoing our driveway. The project was beyond what we expected. Jalal was on the job site and worked arduously everyday. He and Ibrahim are efficient, reliable, meticulous, and have a phenomenal attention for detail. They were very careful with our home and cleaned up everyday leaving the worksite tidy and organized.
