Fast service but they often run out of options/toppings hours before they are closed. Sometimes if you order on their app, a lot of things are listed as sold out even though they do have it. Call the store to double check because they don’t update the app.

Seems like people are having a hit or miss experience here. I've been here 3 times with my kids and I've had a 5* each time. The service is a tad slow, but having served bubble tea at one of my restaurants, it's hard to make, and even harder here because of the tons of flavors and customizations (30%/50% sugar, less/no ice, etc).
The 2 staff today were great. The guy that took my order noticed my 7yr old son ordered a strawberry black tea that had caffeine and suggested 2 alternates without! (As a parent I really appreciated the forethought required from a young man to make that suggestion). Mistakes happen with orders on occasion, and if you are ordering online some appz/deliver services will auto cancel orders if you don't answer emails or calls from the store when we can't fulfill a modification. If you are looking for bubble tea in this area, I highly recommend trying this place. The prices are great, their monthly specials are excellent value.

New Coco location serving the same flavour consistency in drinks as all their other locations. The pearls and sago texture were on point. The new space is big, bright and clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient.
