(August 20, 2021, 2:01 pm)I recently needed various electronic parts for a project. Things evolved during the project so I had to go to the store 4 times.
Each time I received great service from Luc Therien at the Ottawa location on Industrial Ave. He helped me find the parts I needed and also provided advice on use of the parts and some solutions to some issues. He did it all in a pleasant manner. This kind of expertise and service is a little uncommon these days. That makes what Luc did even more noteworthy.
