One of the best customer service I have ever had. Roland was very welcoming and professional. I was able to find exactly what I have been looking for for weeks. I will definitely come back!

Excellent customer service! We have placed 4 flooring orders with them. Roland was the best to deal with. Highly recommended both the store and Roland.

We received good service during the purchase period. After the install we had an issue. After a less then favorable review the store manage call me, listen to my concerns and then ask to visit. After the visit he was able to find a solution.

This shows me that he really cares about his customers and will go out of his way.

We will be shopping at Alexanian Carpet & Flooring again.

Recently got some new hardwood flooring for my home. Wasn't too sure about the different species and types and always heard about engineered but never knew what it was. All that to say I came in with a bunch of questions and they we're all happily answered by my salesman Joe. So thank you for the floor, the patience and the information you offered me. Really appreciate it.
