Thank you for again making my
appliance purchases pleasant, easy, efficient. I just purchased a
New Electrolux laundry centre and an new LG fridge for our basement. After researching online and visiting 5+ local shops- Canada Appliance Source (as usual) had the most competitive prices, accurate stock availability, excellent sales reps and easy-to-reach availability and reliable friendly and professional delivery men. Delivery was running behind due to snowstorm but sent an email which enabled me to track where truck was and number of stops ahead of me, and I also received a text notification 10 minutes before they arrived. I highly recommend salesmen Ahmed and Mark at Trainyards location in Ottawa! Staff never changes over and are able to help in person by phone or email with any follow up. Thanks again for making appliance shopping as enjoyable as it can be :)

The store has plenty of in store stock to view and prices are matched daily with competitors. No need to go from
store to store for lower price. Sales reps are very knowledgeable about products including pros and cons of features. Really happy with quick service and delivery. We have yet to have our gas range connected but am excited to be using our new gas range!

The minute I walked in, I had a good feeling by the way a gentleman greeted me. Louie the salesman was assigned to me, he made purchasing my laundry appliances easy with his knowledge and friendliness. Was delivered 3 days later by 2 nice delivery guys. The experience was absolutely painless! I'll be back for other appliances when the time comes to replace my current ones.

Really prompt delivery of our fridge - and right into the fridge opening (albeit without any assembly - which turned out to be easy in any event). They also removed the previous fridge for a very reasonable charge.

The delivery service itself was particularly convenient: though in principle delivery was within a four-hour window, on delivery day itself I was able to manually get updates on a much more precise ETA, on where I stood in the delivery list, and which delivery they were at (on the list) at the time of the update. I also received an automatic text message telling me they were about ten minutes away.

Well, the dishwasher that I bought last April was finally installed today. Although the delays were the result of late fulfilment of the order by the manufacturer my sales rep did what he could to make the long wait more palatable. While I was not happy about the overall delay, I am happy with the attention my sales person paid to my order.

Despite the trepidation expressed in my previous post regarding delivery, removal of the old machine and installation of the new appliance it went off without even the slightest of hiccups. They were very efficient, finishing in about 15 mins...maybe less.

Based on my experience I would certainly suggest CAS as place to look if someone I knew was shopping for major appliances.
