Most recently we had a dock failure requiring a replacement and Kyla Barbour was able to receive a replacement ramp under the original estimated time. Kyla and the team are always professional and a pleasure to work with which is sometimes at a moments notice, this is always appreciated but not always expressed. Thank you!

The biggest for me is that the techs are trained on all services, welding, docks, doors etc!
This is key if you have a variety of issues you only get one service call not three or four that you would from competitors.
Sean and Kyla have built a very strong relationship with us for over twenty some odd years.
Always professional and always want what’s best for us.
I hope to continue this relationship going forward as they are our first call when we have issues.
