I cannot believe people like Hussein still exist. He is so honest and true to his word. The guy working the counter was questionable but Hussein jumped in and saved the day.

They did not do a normal prewash before starting washing a car with pressure. It was good my car was not as dirty and it did not cause some scratches. Never wash a car without prewashing it and leaving it to soak to 5-10 minutes. This is is biggest disadvantage. Next time I will look at washing more closely.
However:
First, they washed first rims, then car body very thoroughly, changed water in buckets frequently, all with different clean rugs. He once dropped a rug accidentally, but immediately washed it.
Second, they were not greedy to use a decent amounts of car body wax and tire lubricant. Car looks amazing after this wash, waxed and clean for months.
Third and the most important for me. They polished touch up paint I applied before by myself, as a bonus (only 10$), so it became almost invisible. I made me very happy.
And the last, they listened to my remarks about some small dirt remaining on car after a wash and cleaned them without questions.
So, the car wash worth it. They have very competitive prices with amazing final result.
Just do not forget about a prewash next time.

Very good car detailing service! They did a very thorough job getting rid of the after-winter grump and salt stains. My car looks like I just drove off the dealership lot!
