(September 27, 2023, 8:50 pm)Ordered new winter tires and Loomis Express was the courier. Didn’t know about them and I was worried based on these reviews but I had the absolute best service possible.
There was a mistake where the vendor provided only a ring number (written as apt) and not my actual apartment number in the address. This confused the driver and while he made two attempts, he was unable to deliver the packages. I then called dispatch and arranged for delivery the next day.
Driver arrived and with updated address details, we were able to connect. I met him in the lobby and I asked if he would help me bring up the four tires with his dolly and he didn’t hesitate! This is the same driver that had made two prior attempts but he showed no lack of professionalism and didn’t mind helping me bring the items up to my apartment (no disabilities, he was simply being helpful).
Outstanding service and very amicable and professional courier driver!!
