I grew tired of the big bulky full handle pieces that were installed by another shower glass company. I contacted M&T Glass to remove the old shower glass system I had for so many years and to install new panels and new hardware. Perfect fit. No leaking. Very modern look!

These guys are the best. 5 star service. Ken, at the service counter was so helpful...and fully bilingual. I had a broken window operator and they were able to find a new part that fit perfectly. I thought we would have to replace the whole window but this part worked great. I returned the week later for another part, for another window, and again excellent service. They have every window part needed. Highly recommend.

I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars since they did make an effort to make things right.

They had scheduled to send someone to my house for a replacement of 2 of my window cranks and I took the morning off work to be home for this, they never showed up at the time of the appointment, no one answered the phone when I called several time and left messages to find out what was going on, and no one called me back it's been over 24 hours now. I had been waiting a week for the repair and now I have start the whole thing over somewhere else. Very disappointed.

After this first review I got a call and was scheduled in for the work a second time. They came this time on time but they cracked the window in the process. They did then fix it within a few days. So now it is all fixed.

Each time they came they left a mess on the floor, it would have been nice if they swept it up. It would have been nice if they had a towel to lay their tools down instead of directly on my bamboo desk.

The caulking could have been done better.

Best customer service in town for window parts. Very knowledgeable and kind stuff. I couldn't close my window due to crank handle broken. I was looking for a replacement . I found the right size and model to fix my window.
I highly recommend to use M&T glass .
