A good way to exercise and challenge yourself with flexibility and endurance. Happy with all the education so far. They have a diverse team of black belts to help you learn at your own pace.

(August 27, 2020, 5:31 pm)When you join Phoenix TKD, you don't just learn taekwondo, but become part of a community. The instructors are very knowledgeable, caring, funny, inspiring, and engaging. Some of Canada's top talent trains and teaches here, and even the white belt kids have the opportunity to learn from them as the teachers rotate through the groups and levels. We greatly appreciated Master Koh's addition of live online classes during the pandemic - it was a lifeline to the outside world, and kept my kids active, learning and having fun during a challenging time. Great experience.
