I called on an holiday (Jan.1st) and although it was closed, I got the greatest technician I could ever asked for! He inspected my whole house, and reassured me it wasn’t bed bugs after giving me all the explanations ( and even pictures) he could provide me with!! Very courteous, knowledgeable and even funny! I’ve never had a better service.
Patrice, you deserve a raise for getting out of your home to come reassure me! He gets a 20 on 10! Don’t hesitate to call them! I can sleep tonight because of him! Merci beaucoup!

We had an issue, but I got put on directly with the owner, who made everything right and ensured I received a quality service. This is what makes a great company--responsive, adaptive, and genuinely committed to providing a quality service and respecting the client's time.

Sebastien came for our mice problem the same day we called Regionex! He was very professional and took the time to explain to us where the rodents are and how he knew so. We will definitely call again for any other extermination needs!
