Menard Heating & Cooling were professional and very pleasant to deal with! Answered all my questions and concerns on the new installation of my gas furnace and AC unit. They kept me up to date on all stages of my new purchase and removal and new installation! There crew were very friendly and clean and courteous and took time to explain certain aspects of new units and their features! Overall one of the best companies I ever dealt with! I would highly recommend they to my family and friends!

I had estimates from four different companies, but this company stood out in many ways. Their proposal was clearer and better written than the competition, prices were good, and all their suggestions made sense and worked well, plus everyone was very professional. Mike, Nick and Matt did a great job on the installation of my new furnace, and Luc was able to answer all my questions. The people who cleaned my ducts before the installation were also very good. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had good communication with Charles and technician until the job was done. The company not only did good job but also offered very reasonable price. I feel I can trust this company and use their service in the future.
