(September 15, 2021, 2:18 pm)We rented a 2 bedroom here for a year and we were very happy!! Quiet neighborhood, birds singing in the morning, large windows and balconies, great access to public transport and reasonable parking fees. The property manager, Lily, and the super, Louis, were a delight. They accommodated us unconditionally, they were both very caring, very quick to respond to our every request, from the general repair requests to increasing the heat in the unit, etc. They were very cooperative on both moving days. Lily was always available and never missed a call or email from us. The only reason we left the building was that we were looking for a place with a dishwasher and a range hood in the kitchen. We will go back there if they renovate the units :)
