“Wonderful gym with a welcoming community and great workouts. I attended a free trial while visiting Ottawa and had a great experience. The workout was fun and challenging and Jonathan (the coach) was encouraging and knowledgeable. There was a notable focus on form and proper execution of movements. Working out with a supportive community was also really motivating. Finally, if I could give an extra star for the space itself, I would. The gym and equipment were clean and well-organized and Winston was the cutest!!”

“After 5 years of being self conscious of my double chin due to genetics, I finally decided to reach out to the medispa for a consult and advice. I’m absolutely terrified of needles so it took me a very long time to finally bite the bullet and book a lipolysis apt. I did so much research and mostly could only find results of celebrities but decided to try it anyway. I will say the recovery for the 1st treatment was way more intense than expected, but the results are so worth it. So far I’ve done 2 treatments and considering a third. I wanted to share my photos so that people would have a reference for an average person! The progress my little one has made here compared with the city program is mind blowing.
