Shepherds customer service is outstanding . Debra and Rachelle go above and beyond to answer questions about the clothing and anything else from the fashion shows as well. The fashion shows are wonderful and showcase different sizes, heights and ages. I have learned many tips about packing from Kirsten’s shows. Fabulous clothes and fast shipping. Excellent friendly staff when visiting the store as well. I love shopping at Shepherd’s!

I have been shopping at Shepherd's for several years. It's my go to place when I need something for a special occasion. I am a person who hates shopping. I hate when things don't go right and nothing looks good, which usually happens when shopping without assistance.The Shepherd's staff are amazing. They have a sense of style and can pick out the perfect outfit that can make you feel great. I had a gift from Shepherd's that I was returning because I didn't like it. With the help of the amazing staff, I found a Dolcezza jacket that I absolutely love. I also love the fact that they use Canadian designers and that many of the items are made in Canada. It's a quality establishment.

Just discovered Shepherds recently and ordered a dress online in the last remaining size. I tried it on at the store and Lise told me it did not fit me properly. I was thrilled because of her honest opinion. I have since ordered many pieces and am thrilled with the quality of the garments. Love the quick replies from customer service and the videos are such a treat. A big thank you to the entire team at Shepherds.

What a beautiful concept this store has. Beautiful women of all sizes showcase gorgeous clothes for all body types. They do video launching of their new items, I can't tell you how entertaining and fun it is to watch their videos--it's a must-see. The clothes are beautiful, and the ladies present them so well.

These ladies are simply "top notch". I have purchased multiple items over the last few years, including Dolcezza scarves. However, since these were on a "too nice to be true" sale package, I did not have the greatest expectations. Oh well, what a surprise, they were simply fabulous...so when this store "represents" an item, you can take their word, which is rare in this business...Kudos for all they do, the "right" way always!
