Online purchase and instore pickup is easy but it is hard at times to get the staff's attention when wanting to pick up. I stood at the counter just over 10 minutes waiting to be helped. I asked another staff member and was told someone was coming.

I was looking for a specific book on retirement and after 20 minutes of trying I was unsuccessful until a very kind lady help me find something appropriate to my search.🙏she also agreed that there should be a complete special section on the topic of "RETIREMENT"....considering the upcoming increase percentage of retirees. Thank you for the good service.

just another chapters store. Great as usual.
Lowering review just because the new schedule is very inconvenient...closing at 7pm is pretty bad for a store like Chapters.
