(April 13, 2022, 12:42 am)My fingerprints were not accepted because I did not submit a photo. On the forms nowhere did it say that I needed to submit one. I understand that immigration should be the one asking for it, but as a specialist in fingerprinting I would expect Gambit ID to have informed me of what the current rules are as they deal with customers like me everyday. So for any fingerprint for citizenship, I recommend you submit a passport type photo and you should be fine. I will not be using their services for my second fingerprinting and it is a shame because I was initially happy with the experience.
