The customer service I received was OUTSTANDING from Samantha K. She went above and beyond in my opinion. I was having trouble ordering online in a short timeline for the course start so I reached out over the phone and was transferred to Samantha. Not only did she assist me in placing the order and send me the confirmation details in my email, she followed up with the tracking number when it generated AND followed the tracking of the order. She sent me unexpected emails with the status of the order in process in house and then the tracking. In addition, she sent another reminder email that my book was scheduled to arrive on its due date. BTW - I contacted Gilmore late on a Friday afternoon. You would never have thought it was late in the work day and week with Samantha's pleasant and helpful demeanor. Gilmore Global - Do everything you can to retain Samantha as your employee. She is AMAZING!
