(April 28, 2017, 5:43 pm)Mayela is kind, courteous, and wondrously capable doing deep tissue massage. She finds spots that hurt and digs deep to fix them. I have a lot of tension in my neck and pain from an old weightlifting injury that every now and then provokes a bad headache. An hour of deep tissue massage every few weeks or a month is better than pills for preventing the buildup of tension and resulting headaches.
