Kanata North Early Learning Center

I know about this center for a year. I was looking for a place that complied to safe standards due to the global pandemic. As soon as I started the manager facilitated everything for me to get vaccinated, keeping all of us safe. The center always emphasizes the importance of keep the children safe. We have to sanitize everything continuously, help the children to wash their hands after and before they eat and they go out. For each of the activities we get all the materials we need, which help with the goals we have for their learning. For the children with special needs, we have a specialist who trains us in how to improve their experience. It is a great place to work definitely!

The reason I chose to work and stay working in this centre is because the centre really cares about each and every children, with high-quality curriculum. I find the program to be safe, healthy, caring and educational place for young children to learn and grow. It supports all areas of a child’s development and their well-being. In addition, the supervisor really understands and supports staff and I love working with my colleagues, which is important as children are able to read the room and sense the positive vibe within.

I have been working here for the past few months and i personally love it. All the staffs are friendly, especially the supervisor, she is very understanding, very fair with the staffs (everyone is equal), and really cares about the safety of the children. The place is clean and i do enjoy working every minute.

I like this daycare, most of the staffs are really friendly, the place is clean, and my child really likes the place herself. I noticed one staff did not really follow through the rules of the daycare,but luckily they do not work there anymore which is fortunate! I recommend!
